At the Medical Partnership, our goal is to answer the call to address the shortage of physicians in Georgia by training our learners to care for diverse populations, aiming for health equity across our communities and beyond.
As such, our goal is to be intentionally inclusive within our learning environments. With the values of equity, social justice, belonging, and service in mind, we celebrate and support our differences in diversity including, but not limited to: race, ethnicity, country of origin, national identity, culture, sex, gender, age, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, geographic location, ability and disability, learning style, communication style, spirituality, and philosophical views.
We acknowledge intersectionality and that one aspect of diversity does not define an individual. Furthermore, we respect the fluidity of characteristics.
