The Internal Medicine Residency Program provides verification of successful completion of training.

There is a $25.00 fee for internship / residency verifications. The fee is waived for current residents and those who have completed training in the last two years.

Once the request is received, you will receive an invoice with instructions on how to make payment. All verifications will be processed once payment is received. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing each request.
