Why choose the Medical College of Georgia and the Medical Partnership campus?

Hands-on Learning

At the Medical Partnership, we focus on integration of subject areas such as biochemistry, physiology, and microbiology within the context of clinical problems, highlighting our patient-centered approach while providing a comprehensive foundation of basic sciences. Our curriculum provides students with the context necessary to develop lifelong learning strategies to provide effective care for their future patients.

Through our Population and Community Health curriculum, our students begin seeing patients as early as their first month in medical school. Our students also staff a free clinic as well as the Mobile Health Clinic, which gives them another opportunity to visit with patients. During the 3rd and 4th year rotations, there is often a 1:1 student/preceptor ratio.
