Bio: tell us about yourself
Hey! My name is Sam Hernandez, and I’m currently an M1 at the AU/UGA Medical Partnership. I’m originally from Macon, Georgia, and went to UGA for undergrad (Go Dawgs), where I majored in Health Promotion and Behavior. After graduation, I worked in research at Emory, where I was able to get my first publication! I’ve volunteered in free clinics in Athens and Macon for several years, and look forward to continuing to serve my community through CPH at the Partnership. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, trying out new restaurants, and watching the Dawgs play.
