I took one gap year! I babysat, tutored, and worked as a medical assistant, as well as a scribe. I also traveled to Morocco, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada!

Hello! My name is Sara Sohani, and I am a first-year student at the AU/UGA Medical Partnership. I went to UGA for undergrad, where I graduated with degrees in both psychology and nutritional sciences. My research at UGA focused on colorism in the makeup industry as well as healthcare biases. I have a younger brother who is a junior studying finance at UGA as well as a golden doodle, Enzo! In my free time, my current hobbies are crocheting and watching TV. I also do strength training 3-4 times a week.
