Six Medical Partnership students inducted into Alpha Upsilon Phi

Six Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership students have been inducted into the Medical College of Georgia’s (MCG) Alpha Upsilon Phi. Alpha Upsilon Phi, founded at the Georgia Health Sciences University in 2008, is a society that recognizes service and leadership at the school, institution, and community level. There were a record 94 applications, and 25 MCG students (10% of the entire class) were selected.

Students selected from the Medical Partnership campus are:

Shadman Ibnamasud
Arthur “Artie” McCarty
Alexander Parsons
Anna Schramski
Kometh “Tony” Thawanyarat

These students will be recognized at a ceremony in February.
