Working as a hospitalist in Albany, Oregon. Just living life: hiking, traveling to national parks, traveling abroad. Just moved to Corvallis, OR. Love my job and my life.

Words of Wisdom
Find a way to always remind you of why you chose this career, what you love most about it, what you are working so hard to achieve. For me that was working at free clinics. Seeing patients was my favorite part of the job and that gets easily forgotten when you get bogged down in paperwork and studying. Find a hobby other than medicine.
Travel outside the country or your comfort zone and get to know a place and their culture, avoid doing just the tourist stuff, at least once in your life.
Dont give up or let anyone tell you that you should. Only you know how much you can handle and you already fought hard to get to where you are today.
Celebrate even the little successes. You deserve it.
